House of Healing Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to me.  I reserve your session time just for you and I ask that, if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide a minimum of 24-hours notice.   It’s time-consuming to attempt to reach people on my waiting list and often still impossible to refill time slots even when given sufficient notice.  

Of course, I understand that occasional unavoidable issues may come up, and will do my best to work with you in the case of illness or true emergencies.  

Outline for cancellation fees:

Non-emergency based cancellations with less than 24-hour notice or “no shows” will result in a 100% full charge of the service amount. 

I am happy to reschedule with you once payment has been made, as this is lost time/income for me.  

(A credit card on file can hold your subsequent appointment slots.

As a courtesy, I will send a text and/or email to confirm the date and time at least a day before your appointment.  If I am unable to reach you, and I do not get a reply saying, “yes” when prompted, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees.  You are always welcome to call or text me at 541-280-2535 to double-check booked sessions if you are unsure.                                 

Late arrival policy
I will always try my best to accommodate you, if the unforeseen causes you to run late. 

Life happens, as we all know, even when we schedule that appropriate “buffer time”!  

However, your tardiness will most likely affect the remainder of my day by delaying me for the clients who arrive on time, if I flex start times for folks who arrive late.   

For this reason, I can, realistically, only offer a 5-minute grace period.  Beyond that you may have to forgo a portion of the service to keep the treatment within the time allotted to you.  

Please, always call if you even suspect that you might be late so I can at least try to accommodate.

Again, please remember that this agreement is outlined to protect your time on the table.  My goal is to give you my undivided and full attention for the entirety of your session time.  Your appointments are reserved 100% for you and only you.  These policies allow me the opportunity to continue serving with standards of excellence – so I am on time and fully present for each and every valuable person.  

*In all fairness, if I should ever be the cause of starting a session late, I will double any minutes past your assigned start time, as my gift in asking for YOUR forgiveness.   This my commitment to punctuality and quality service to you.
